Çanakkale Eceabat district has a very important place in terms of Turkish history. The fact that the region is located on the territory of Thrace and has written its name in history with the Dardanelles War has made this place both strategically and historically very important.

The highest part of the region is 300 meters. Eceabat district, known as one of the main venues of the Dardanelles War, has been attracting attention with its historical national park status since 1973.

Although the Phoenicians ruled here before Christ, it did not take long for the region to be included in Turkish territory. Any historical artifacts on the battle of Çanakkale will be encountered wherever they go.

The café, tea garden and canteen-style venues in the area are frequently visited by both locals and tourists. The hotel-style buildings in the area are also remarkable.
